About Me
I’m Kette! I started Willow after having my twin boys!
I had worn permanent jewelry before, but I had never been obsessed with my jewelry pieces until I personalized them with my twins' and husband's initials. They held so much more meaning for me!

This is when I knew I wanted to create pieces that were more than just pretty to look at. I wanted to create pieces that made people think of someone or something important to them every time they looked at their jewelry.

WHAT IF I NEED TO TAKE MY JEWELRY OFF?
If you decide to take your jewelry off for any reason, you can simply cut the ring that connects your chain, bring it back in at a later date, and we can put it back on for a small welding fee ($20 + tax).
HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY JEWELRY?
These pieces are made to last a very long time! However, Please be aware that chemicals in pools and hot tubs can cause jewelry to fade, so I recommend rinsing your jewelry off with mild dish detergent and warm water, and using a baby toothbrush to scrub for extra cleaning.
CAN I BRING MY OWN CHAINS OR CHARMS?
I only work with chains and charms purchased through Willow Permanent Jewelry Design Co.

WHAT IF MY JEWELRY BREAKS?
While I always check my welds to make sure they are secure, if anything happens to your jewelry, please reach out to me! My highest priority is making sure you love your permanent jewelry! Willow pieces are meant to hold meaning and memory for you, so it’s important to me to make sure that is the case.
I offer a 30-day guarantee to come in and get re-welded if you need re-sizing or have any issues. This is only for Willow chains, purchased from me.
