RENT OPTIONS

The Vora Studio is located right on main street in Spanish Fork! It is an open floor booth rental studio for esthetics, permanent cosmetics, nail techs, massaging, piercers, tattoo artists, and more! 

The Vora Studio is a professional, unique, and open space that our clients have been obsessed with! The best part about working here is that you will be your own boss, set your own pricing, create your own schedule, and work in a space that promotes creativity and inspiration!

MINIMUM+DAILY RENT

This is the best option for artists that are currently building a clientele and want to keep their overall rent costs as low as possible.  As your clientele grows, you can add a day whenever you need until you feel ready to commit to part time!

PRICING

  • ​​This is the overall least expensive and most flexible rent option

  • $250/month - includes 5 days in the studio each month.  You can add day to day rent for $50/day after the initial 5 days. 

  • $30/month to rent storage space - if you choose not to rent storage space, you will need to bring your supplies in and out each day you rent.

  • 6 Month Contract Required

PART TIME RENT

Our Part Time Rent option allows you to rent a space in our studio for up to 3 days a week. Perfect for freelance artists, entrepreneurs or those looking to build their brand in the beauty industry. We provide quality equipment and a professional space to serve your clients.

FULL TIME RENT

Our Full Time Booth Rent gives you the ultimate freedom to create your own hours and schedule. With this option, you will be the only artist using your chair.  You will have access to your chair 24/7 without the need to schedule around anyone else.

PRICING

  • This is the least expensive PER DAY

  • Vora will pay for your health department facility license (beginning Sept 2024, the health department is requiring every LLC to have their own facility inspection completed annually)

  • $960/month - 24/7 access to studio.  Exclusive use of your station (no one else will be working at your station)

  • 6 Month Contract Required
